Terms of Service

You need an account to study. Keep your password private, give us a real email address, and do not share your account with other people. You must be 16 or older, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf.

Your access covers the languages and levels shown in your account. Lessons, exercises and booklets are for your personal study only. You may not copy, resell, publish or share course material, and you may not download it for redistribution.

Vocalyra follows the CEFR framework (A1 to C2) and shows how our levels relate to common immigration benchmarks. We help you prepare, but we do not award official certificates and we cannot guarantee a score on any external exam or the outcome of any application.

Placement results and level unlocks are calculated automatically from your answers. Quizzes and level exams must be passed at 80% to move forward. We may correct a result if we find a technical error.

Where live lessons are offered, times are agreed with your tutor. Please give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule, so the slot can be reused.

Prices shown on the pricing page apply when a paid plan is purchased. Online payment is not yet enabled on this site; until it is, paid arrangements are handled directly with the school. We will always show the price and what it includes before you commit.

Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service, access another learner’s data, or upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

We improve the platform continuously, so features may change. We aim for reliable access but cannot promise uninterrupted service. If we make an important change to these terms, we will say so on this page.

You can stop using Vocalyra at any time and ask us to close your account. We may close an account that seriously breaks these terms.
